The transnational meeting in Valencia marked the launch of the Eco-Digital Pathways for VET (EDP-VET) project, bringing together all partners to align objectives, responsibilities and next steps. Training Package Review

The main objectives of the meeting were to monitor the overall progress of activities and update the management plan, ensuring alignment between all partners. The focus of the meeting was the joint review of the different chapters of the EDP-VET Training Package, allowing for content adjustments, validation of contributions, and definition of the next steps for its finalisation and translation.

The meeting focused on reviewing project progress and preparing the next EDP-VET activities. Partners updated the development of the Training Package and discussed the organisation of the Hackathon in Portugal, including participant selection, practical arrangements, topics and international teamwork. The partnership also agreed to strengthen dissemination efforts and prepare the upcoming Awareness Campaigns.

Third online meeting

The third online meeting focused on the preparation of the upcoming EDP-VET Hackathon and the coordination of the project’s next activities. Partners reviewed organisational aspects, participant involvement, responsibilities and the implementation timeline. Particular attention was also given to dissemination and communication actions, ensuring that project activities and results would reach VET students, teachers and relevant stakeholders. The meeting helped align partners on the next steps and reinforced coordination for the successful implementation of the Hackathon and subsequent Awareness Campaigns.

Final meeting

Targu Jiu, Romania

The final transnational meeting in Târgu Jiu brought together the EDP-VET partners to review the overall implementation of the project and its main results. The meeting focused on the final evaluation of the Training Package, Hackathon and Awareness Campaigns, as well as dissemination activities, project impact and administrative follow-up. Partners also discussed sustainability measures, the continued use of the developed resources in VET settings and the long-term accessibility of project outcomes, while confirming the final responsibilities and steps required for project closure.

Fourth online meeting

Fourth online meeting

The fourth and final online meeting focused on reviewing the overall implementation of the EDP-VET project and confirming the completion of its main activities and results. Partners discussed the final status of the Training Package, Hackathon, Awareness Campaigns, dissemination actions and project documentation. Particular attention was given to evaluation, sustainability and the continued use of project results after completion. The meeting also served to clarify final reporting responsibilities, remaining administrative tasks and the long-term availability and transferability of the EDP-VET resources.
