Country map craft

Geography is another important element that has to be explored in the project. This particular subject also gave students a passion for the world around them, and encouraged them to be curious about the physical and human environment. The objectives of the activities were: - raising awareness of the surrounding environment; - exploring the natural landscape and the surroundings; - taking advantage of all the resources in order to create a digital textbook illustrated, with diagrams, maps, photographs, satellite images... D uring this week organized by the Spanish partner from Monday to Friday, the activities designed for the project’s meeting was: - My Place in the World; - country map craft, a fun and easy to make this geography craft, perfect for teaching students about the world around them while encouraging their creativity; - A treasure hunt in town or in a park during which they have to take pictures that they will use in the eBook; - Let’s create a sensory journal for a day in … (name of the city-Country) - A day trip to Valencia City Of Arts and Sciences Monuments and València Aquarium Oceanografic. Students took pictures and made videos that used in their productions. - Create “Cultural Discovery Digital Boxes”- for every partner country the digital BOX may include: the flag, examples of traditional clothing, national anthem or song, language(s) a few key, everyday phrases, main exports and imports, examples of folk and contemporary art, important historical and contemporary figures, important discoveries, climate, size and population stats, most popular spots to visit, landmarks, currency. - Cultural evening - Evaluation of the week and certificates award
